“Which rasa the soul has is determined by the soul’s innermost tendency of taste. When faith in the chanting process arises, according to his taste he will gravitate to his own rasa." (Srila Bhaktivinoda - Caitanya Siksamrta, Chapter 6, Part 5)
There is no difference between the name, form, qualities and pastimes of Krsna.
And because of this, when the devotee sings and vibrates the holy name he/she will be drawn to the form, qualities and pastimes of Krsna and to a type of specific relationship (Rasa) with Krsna.
We sing the holy name of Krsna and then we are led to ask: How is the form of Krsna? What are His qualities? What are His pastimes? And so, we are attracted to a loving relationship with Sri Sri Radha Krsna.
