Relação eterna entre Guru e discípulo

Devotee: We are often told, regarding the guru and the disciple, that if the disciple is not successful in becoming a completely pure devotee in this life, then the guru will return by taking another birth. But does the guru personally take another birth?

Srila Sridhar Maharaj: The relationship must continue. Whether that particular soul who was delegated as the guru in his previous life will personally come whether he will again be sent or not there is no guarantee: but in any case the disciple will maintain his awareness of that higher connection. He will recognize it just as it was in former stages, although it may be in a different form. It will not be unknown to him. And he will also perceive that, "I am not unknown to my master." But the guru's external form may not be similar.

Suppose a disciple takes his next birth in a particular country or a particular sect: the guru may also appear in a particular country or a particular sect, but that the disciple will again come in exactly the same position as before, that may not be. And that the guru will also come as he did previously in that fixed position that may also not be.

Devotee: I don't know if this is correct, but I have heard it said that if the disciple is not spiritually successful, then the guru may not return back to Godhead, but may remain in this brahmanda (universe)… He may not return to Krishna until the disciple can also go.

Srila Sridhar Maharaj: If that is the case, then no guru can ever return to Krishna at any time, because the continuation of the disciples will go on so he will have no final result at any time in his life! But we cannot think that it is so...

Sometimes he may be deputed himself, or others also may be deputed in that case. But the inner instruction and inner feeling and paraphernalia will be such that, in any case, the disciples will have no trouble: the officer may change, but the function will go on smoothly...

Thus we are given the statement about the ontological aspect of guru saksad-dharitvena samasta: "I Myself appear as the guru, who is simultaneously and inconceivably one with and different from Myself."

Sometimes one may be recruited by the Ramanuja sampradaya and then be converted to join the Krishna sampradaya, the Gaudiya sampradaya. That is also possible. We are to remember the eternal link...

Devotee: So if someone says that the guru himself will personally come back, that is a mundane conception a wrong conception?

Srila Sridhar Maharaj: Yes. The main thread is there, but it will not always appear in the same form...

...Otherwise, if any madhyama-adhikari is appointed as guru and has so many disciples — and if he is to come back again and again — then he could never enter into nitya-lila!"

"You have asked if it is true that the Spiritual Master remains in the material universe until all of His disciples are transferred to the Spiritual Sky. The answer is yes, this is the rule. Therefore, every student should be very much careful not to commit any offense which will be detrimental to this promotion to the Spiritual Kingdom, and thereby the Spiritual Master has to incarnate again to deliver him. This sort of mentality will be a kind of offense to the Spiritual Master.

Out of the ten kinds of offenses, the number one offense is to disobey the orders of the Spiritual Master. The instructions given to the disciple by the Spiritual Master at the time of initiation should be strictly followed. That will make one advance to the spiritual path. But if one deliberately defies such instructions, then his advancement is hampered from the very beginning.

This defying means to disconnect the relationship with the Spiritual Master. And anyone who defies and therefore disconnects the relationship with the Spiritual Master can hardly expect the assistance of the Spiritual Master life after life. I hope this will clear up this question sufficiently for you." (Srila Prabhupada Letters July 11, 1969, Los Angeles)

Bhaktivinoda Thakura comments in his purport in Harinama Cintamani:

guru-sisyera sambandha nityaparaspara yogyata yatadina thakire tatadina se sambandha bhanga haiye naguru dusta haile agatya sambandha tyaga karibesisya dusta haile guru o se sambandha tyaga karibenana karile ubhayera patana sambhava

"The relationship between the guru & disciple is eternal. As long as both remain qualified the relationship is not broken. But when the guru falls down if the disciple doesn't reject him and when the disciple gets contaminated if the guru dosen't reject him then such a disciple and such a guru are bound to fall down also."

"Não há mais nada de novo para ser dito." (Srila Prabhupada)

"No hay nada nuevo para decir." (Srila Prabhupada)

"If death takes place, let it take here. So there is nothing to be said new. Whatever I have to speak, I have spoken in my books. Now you try to understand it and continue your endeavor. Whether I am present or not present, it doesn't matter." (Conversations: 17-05-77)

This not means that Srila Prabhupada wanted the Parampara not continue.

"Keep trained up very rigidly and then you are bona fide Guru, and you can accept disciples on the same principle. But as a matter of etiquette it is the custom that during the lifetime of your Spiritual master you bring the prospective disciples to him, and IN HIS ABSENCE or disappearance you can accept disciples without any limitation. This is the law of disciplic succession. I want to see my disciples become bona fide Spiritual Master and spread Krishna consciousness very widely, that will make me and Krishna very happy."(Letter, New Delhi, 2 December, 1975)

THESE RTVIKS HAVE ME CRAZY !!!

Hahahahahaha

So, PARAMPARA means repeating what Srila Prabhupada taught.

1 - FALSE AND MISLEADING GURUS.

2 - INCOMPETENT RTVIKS.

CHOOSE !!!
