Krsna definitely is our best friend
"Lord Kṛṣṇa is so kind that He patiently sits in the heart, trying to guide the conditioned soul back home, back to Godhead. Certainly no material friend would remain with his foolish companion for millions of years, especially if his companion were to ignore him or even curse him. But Lord Kṛṣṇa is such a faithful, loving friend that He accompanies even the most demoniac living entity and is also in the heart of the insect, pig and dog. That is because Lord Kṛṣṇa is supremely Kṛṣṇa conscious and sees every living entity as part and parcel of Himself." (SB 11.11.6)
Ajna Tahal
"O people of faith! To give up namabhasa and sing the suddha-nama is verily the only true welfare of the jivas. Please worship Lord Krsna by chanting and chanting Krsna-nama. Perform bhajan by engaging in sravana, kirtana, smarana, sevana, archana, vandana, dasya, sakhya, and atma-nivedana. Execute that bhajana either on the path of vidhi-marga or raga-marga, according to your specific adhikara. If your ruchi is for the vidhi-marga, then accept appropriate instructions for worship (bhajan-tattva) at the feet of Sri Guru, and upon the annihilation of all the anarthas that beset the jiva, please observe the person of Lord Krsna. Or, if you have the transcendental greed (lobha) for traversing the raga-marga, then emulate the love and character of an eternal vraja-vasi or vraja-vasini, and according to that befitting ruci just engage in the worship of the mellows of Vraja. Being absorbed in that vraja-rasa-bhajana, obtaining the mercy of a guru who is appropriately qualified in that transcendental realm, one thus gains eternal residence in Vraja by awakening their own spiritual form (cinmaya-svarupa), and in that form they will achieve the ultimate beatitude of rendering seva to Sri Krsna." In terms of Lila, Radha predominates
By Sriman Satyaraja Prabhu
“From the Vaishnava, or Krishna conscious, point of view, the divine feminine energy (shakti) implies a divine energetic source (shaktiman). So the goddess as she manifests in the various Vaishnava traditions always has a male counterpart. Sita relates to Rama; Lakshmi corresponds to Narayana; Radha has Her Krishna. As Krishna is the source of all manifestations of God, Sri Radha, His consort, is the source of all shaktis, or energies. She is thus the original Goddess.
“Vaishnavism can be seen as a type of shaktism, wherein the purna-shakti, the most complete form of the divine feminine energy, is worshiped as the preeminent aspect of divinity, eclipsing even the male Godhead in certain respects. For example, in Srivaishnavism, Lakshmi (a primary expansion of Sri Radha) is considered the divine mediatrix, without whom access to Narayana is not possible. In our Krishna conscious tradition, Radha is acknowledged as the Supreme Goddess, because She controls Krishna with Her love. Perfect spiritual life is unattainable without Her grace.
“In traditional Vaishnava literature, Krishna is compared to the sun and Radha to the sunshine. Both exist simultaneously, but one is coming from the other. Still, to say that the sun exists prior to the sunshine is incorrect—as soon as there is a sun, there is sunshine. More important, the sun has no meaning without sunshine, without heat and light. And heat and light would not exist without the sun. So the sun and the sunshine co-exist, each equally important for the existence of the other. It may be said that they are simultaneously one and different.
“Likewise, the relationship between Radha and Krishna is that of inconceivable identity in difference. They are, in essence, a single entity—God—who manifests as two distinct individuals for the sake of interpersonal exchange.
“Let me read you something about this from the Chaitanya-charitamrita [Adi-lila 4.95-98]: ‘Lord Krishna enchants the world, but Sri Radha enchants even Him. Therefore She is the supreme goddess of all. Sri Radha is the full power, and Lord Krishna is the possessor of full power. The two are not different, as evidenced by the revealed scriptures. They are indeed the same, just as musk and its scent are inseparable, or as fire and its heat are nondifferent. Thus, Radha and Krishna are one, although They have taken two forms to enjoy a relationship.’”
“But Krishna is still the source. He predominates.”
“Only in a sense,” I said. “In terms of tattva, or ‘philosophical truth,’ He predominates. But in terms oflila, or ‘divine loving activity,’ Radha predominates over Him. And lila is considered more important thantattva.”
Clearly, the Vaishnava tradition in the line of Lord Chaitanya sees the love of the gopis as transcendental love of the highest order, countering accusations of mundane sexuality with clearly defined distinctions between lust and love. Like the Bride-of-Christ concept in the Christian tradition and the Kabbalistic conception of the Feminine Divine in Jewish mysticism, the truth behind “gopi-love” is theologically profound and constitutes the zenith of spiritual awareness.Gopi- love represents the purest love a soul may have for its divine source; the only correlation this may have to mundane lust is in appearance, an appearance that falls short once one studies the texts left by the pure, self-realized authorities on these topics.
Paramatma Sandarbha and Hawking's absurdity
From Paramatma Sandarbha of Srila Jiva Goswami, Anuccheda 65:
Text 3
"No real evidence supports the theory that the atoms that comprise the material world are not dependent on the Supreme Personality of Godhead."
Text 4
The idea that the material atoms are independent of the Supreme Personality of Godhead is refuted by these words (Shrimad-Bhagavatam 5.12.9):
"One may say that varieties arise from the planet earth itself. However, although the universe may temporarily appear to be the truth, it ultimately has no real existence. the earth was originally created by a combination of atomic particles, but these particles are impermanent. Actually the atom is not the cause of the universe, although some philosophers think so. It is not a fact that the varieties found in this material world simply result from atomic juxtaposition or combination."
Purport by Srila Prabhupada
"Those who follow the atomic theory think that the protons and electrons of atoms combine in such a way as to bring all material existence into being. However, the scientists fail to discover the cause of atomic existence itself. Under these circumstances, we cannot accept that the atom is the cause of the universe. Such theories are advanced by unintelligent people. According to real intelligence, the real cause of the cosmic manifestation is the Supreme Lord. Janmādy asya yataḥ: [SB 1.1.1] He is the original cause of all creation. As stated in Bhagavad-gītā (10.8): ahaḿ sarvasya prabhavo mattaḥ sarvaḿ pravartate. Kṛṣṇa is the original cause. Sarva-kāraṇa-kāraṇam: [Bs. 5.1] He is the cause of all causes. Kṛṣṇa is the cause of atoms, the material energy.
bhūmir āpo 'nalo vāyuḥ
khaḿ mano buddhir eva ca
ahańkāra itīyaḿ me
bhinnā prakṛtir aṣṭadhā
(Bg. 7.4)
The ultimate cause is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, and only those in ignorance try to find out other causes by posing different theories."
Srila Prabhupada Ki Jaya !!!
This absurd claim of Hawking that God was not needed to create the Universe, is the same of those who spent 4 billion euros to build the LHC Large Hadron Collider trying to find the "God Particle" ("Boson of Higgins"). Named Boson in honor of the Indian physicist Satyendra Nath Bose.
It's all nonsense.
May my mind and heart always be absorbed
"I meditate upon the indescribably beautiful forms of Radha-Govinda, sitting on a most elegant jewel-studded throne in the middle of a confidential kunja beneath a kadamba tree in the center of Vrndavana, which is filled with transcendental desire trees. Radha-Govinda are surrounded by their most intimate sakhis and manjaris, whose bee-like eyes are drinking the ambrosial nectar pouring from the lotus faces of the Divine Couple. Overwhelmed with prema, the sakhis are rendering various pleasing services like fanning and offering tambula. May my mind and heart always be absorbed in remembering this wonderful transcendental pastime." (Cc. Antya 1.6)
Pertinent points he made:
1. On Raga Bhakti: He talks abt the need for use to enter into raga bhakti to realize our siddha deha, out spiritual form.
“Thus some devotees attain knowledge about the moods of Krishna and His Vraja associates from the mouth of the Rasik Vaishnava guru, some from the mouth of the learned Raganuga devotee, and some whose heart has been purified by practicing devotional service will have this knowledge directly revealed to them from within their hearts.” – HG Aindra Das
2. On Sastra’s essential message: He wants us to read the the higher rasas experienced by Radha and Krishna with the gopis via the books left to us by the sampradaya acrayas. He stresses on the urgency of taking this up.
“How can we deem our transcendental book distribution a complete success? Unless that someone becomes fully absorbed in relishing the braja bhavas as a result of having gained the attraction and greed for them by deeply imbibing the sastras essential message.
Work now samadhi later, that’s alright, but what work? and how much later? How later does later have to be, before later to be considered later enough? Later after some future God knows how many births? ” –HG Aindra Das
3. On Guru: But he says that attaining the highest moods of the gopis can only be obtained via the self realized guru or Caitya Guru.
“It’s nice that we in our spiritual infantility, intelligently rely on the power of our guru’s fully self realized purports in the matter of assisting his preaching mission through the solid medium of book distribution. That is no doubt a tremendous credit. In the endhowever, it will surely be preposterous to expect the books to be fully Krishna Consciousness for us, wouldn’t it? ” – HG Aindra Das
4. On Who can be Guru?: He stresses that only a liberated and self-realized soul can save the conditioned souls.
“It’s only the emancipated jiva therefore who truly realizes what bliss is in store for the conditioned souls upon achieving the highest perfection. And as such, the emancipated is the fittest to instrumentally deliver the fallen souls to their highest end. Having the fully actuated in sac-cid ananda deha the emancipated jiva remain ever beyond the degrading modes of the ever degrading material nature. He or she may remain therefore, perpetually within the material world for assisting in the Lord’s preaching mission. Apparently, descendinginto the 2nd class or madhyama adhikari devotional status without running the risk of falling down to the material platform. ” — HG Aindra Das
5. On Guru Selection and Yuga Dharma of this age: He daringly criticizes the current guru selection process. He says only a self realized guru who is a rasika Vaishnava guru or Raga bhakta can be our guru. He has warned those not qualified not to initiate disciples. Heemphasised on the importance of our yuga dharma that is performing nama sankirtana to achieve the ultimate perfection of reaching raganuga bhakti.
“No where is it mentioned in any sastras that neophytes and intermediate devotees achieve prema by initiating hundreds and thousands of disciples. It is really best not to accept any disciple at all. I repeat, this is Srila Prabhupada’s instruction from the purport in Caitanya Caritamrta it is really best not to accept any disciples at all. Better by far we humbly endeavor to chant suddha naam via the intent prosecution of yuga dharma nama sankirtan with a view to achieve ultimate ragamaya perfection at the feet of Sri Guru. Then we may hope to become truly empowered instruments in the hands of the predecessor acaryas. ” – HG Aindra Das
“We must always remember it is not that the authority constitutes truth. Truth constitutes authority. That is guru parampara. Diplomatic affairs tend to dismantle brahminical culture. ” – HG Aindra Das
6. On internal form of Srila Prabhupada: He is most likely sees Srila Prabhupada as a manjari.
“Whatever we understand about Srila Prabhupada according to our individual maturity, level of purity, capacity and angle of vision we should know beyond a shred of doubt that our Srila Prabhupada is the top most braja basi, very very dear to Srimati Radharani. And by hismercy, we can also become similarly dear to her if we deeply understand his mission, sincerely take shelter of the yuga dharma nama sankirtan and try our best to follow in his footsteps without material contrivance and mental concoction. ” — HG Aindra Das
7. On his own self realization: He has probably realized his siddha form via his Caitya guru within. And in his compassion and prema that he has obtained, he wants us to realize that as well either via our own Caitya guru or a Raganuga bhakta, self realized guru.
“Please don’t be distracted by the superfluous pursuits. Our human lives are very very short. Moreover the current of world affairs are extremely precarious. The urgency is paramount. If we actually want to become an empowered representatives of His Divine grace, then let usplease boil down the milk making it thick and sweet by seriously concentrating our endeavors, focusing our attention as much as possible on the essence that of what our Srila Prabhupada is ultimately all about. (Bells ring) Confirmed.” — HG Aindra Das
